Founded in 2004 RJO'Connell & Associates, Inc. is one of the fastest growing Civil Engineering, Land Planning and Land Surveying Firms in the Northeast. Our Office is conveniently located at the Junction of  I-93 & I-95 at 80 Montvale Avenue in Stoneham, Massachusetts.

In 2009 we were ranked the 86th fastest growing consulting firm in North America by the Zweig-White Hot Firm List for Architects, Engineers & Environmental Consultants.

Also in 2009 in order to better serve our clients, we expanded our services to include Land Surveying.

STORMWATER MANAGEMENT AT AN ICONIC BOSTON PROPERTY

"Sitting on 120 rolling acres of classic New England ledge, this large, prime parcel in the Boston metropolis was a rare stone waiting to be cut into a gem.  And cutting was priority number one, as a mountain of bedrock had to be blasted to grade the site for retail stores and offices in one of New England’s largest commercial developments.  Rich O’Connell, of R J O’Connell & Associates, developed the master plan.
