Brian has over 20 years of experience in civil engineering and land development.
He has managed
numerous projects located primarily in the New England area
ranging in size from 10,000 square
feet to upwards of a half a million square feet.
He is responsible
for all site/civil engineering services
associated with those projects from project planning
through engineering design, permitting and
construction.
Prior to joining
RJO’Connell & Associates, Brian
spent the previous two years managing the civil/land
development department
of a national engineering and architectural consulting firm. Brian is a
Registered
Professional Engineer in Massachusetts, New Hampshire,
Connecticut, Maine, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.Some notable projects Brian has been involved with include the following: The
Marketplace at Augusta
– Augusta, ME,
South Shore Plaza expansion and renovation – Braintree, MA, Maine Crossing –
S. Portland, ME and numerous
CVS and Wal-Mart stores located throughout New England. |
