and land development. He has managed

from 30,000 square feet to upwards of three
quarters of a
million square
feet. He is responsible for all site/civil engineering services
associated with these projects
from project planning through engineering
design, permitting
and construction.Brian has the ability

create and maintain strong professional relationships with his clients
and prides
himself on
maintaining client satisfaction with his proven
track
record of repeat work from some of the
most prominent developers in the New England region. As Principal/project manager and prime
consultant, he has led and managed consultant teams through
the design and
permitting process on several major
projects in both urban and rural environments. A few
