Roy has over 20 years of Civil Design,
Project Management and Department Management in a varied
project mix. He has masterplanned, designed, permitted and overseen
the construction of commercial, retail and telecommunications projects
throughout New England.Prior to joining RJO'Connell & Associates, Roy was
the director of Engineering for the Worcester office of a prominent regional
consulting engineering and survey firm and prior to that a Senior Project
Manager with the Boston Land Development Unit of a national
engineering/architectural firm.
