This 19-acre site consisted of a 78,000 sf industrial warehouse and distribution facility with associated loading docks and parking areas as well as wooded upland and some wetland areas.  The site was redeveloped into a residential apartment community consisting of 425 units located in three 4-story buildings, a 4-level parking garage with 330 spaces, four 6-bay garages and 240 surface parking spaces.  Amenity spaces include a clubhouse with outdoor pool, several barbecue grill and seating areas throughout the site, pickleball/basketball courts and a dog park.
