With over 45 years of civil engineering experience, Rich stands as a recognized leader in New England's land development industry. As a Founding Principal of RJOC, he collaborates with his partners to shape growth strategy, maintain client relationships, ensure the firm's financial health, and drive business development.

Rich's civil engineering expertise spans projects of all sizes, from simple utility repairs to ground-up developments exceeding 2 million square feet. He brings comprehensive knowledge of local, state, and federal regulatory processes throughout the Northeast, resulting in a substantial portfolio of satisfied repeat clients.

Before co-founding RJOC in 2004, Rich headed the Boston office of Carter & Burgess, where he established himself as an industry authority. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Rich is passionate about mentoring the next generation of real estate professionals, having guided many top talents in the New England region throughout his career. He maintains his professional registration as a licensed engineer in multiple states, including Massachusetts.
