With over 35 years in the industry, Steve joined RJOC in 2007 as a Project Manager and has since advanced to Associate Principal, where he actively contributes to business development, client relations, staff mentoring, team scheduling, and the firm's overall management and direction.

Steve's project management experience encompasses a diverse range of developments, including commercial projects, regional and local shopping centers, and hotel and restaurant sites. He has developed significant expertise in Nantucket developments, contributing to waterfront retail, housing, hospitality projects, and the new Nantucket Cottage Hospital.

Well-versed in every phase of the land development process, Steve guides projects from feasibility and concept planning through design development, permitting, construction document preparation, and construction administration. His comprehensive understanding of the project lifecycle ensures seamless delivery that consistently meets client expectations.
