Survey Manager

With over 30 years of experience in land surveying, civil/environmental permitting, and land development, Matt joined RJOC in 2020 as Survey Manager and Associate. He oversees the daily operations of RJOC's survey group, including manpower scheduling, staffing, project budgets, proposal writing, and financial oversight.

Matt's extensive experience encompasses all types of land surveys, including ALTA/NSPS title surveys, boundary retracements, registered and recorded subdivisions, existing conditions plans, flood certification surveys, construction layout, and condominium plans. He brings expertise in the research and analytical work that supports these surveys, ensuring accuracy and reliability in all deliverables.
