With over 20 years of experience in land development, Mike joined RJOC in 2021 as Senior Designer and Associate. He plays a key role in developing both innovative and cost-effective solutions for a diverse range of projects.

Mike brings specialized expertise in stormwater management, earthwork, and utility design. He works closely with Principals-in-Charge and clients to navigate the entitlement process efficiently, applying strategic planning and technical knowledge to ensure each project meets client expectations while addressing regulatory considerations.
