A founding team member, Bill joined RJOC at its inception, bringing his CAD expertise to help establish the firm's technical foundation. As CAD Manager and Associate Principal, he collaborates with senior management to guide the company's direction while ensuring RJOC remains at the forefront of industry advancements in hardware and software.

Bill has extensive experience preparing civil documents across diverse project types, including commercial, mixed-use, industrial, and residential developments, as well as subdivision and roadway improvements. His responsibilities include creating concept plans, design, and permitting documents encompassing site demolition, erosion control, grading, drainage, utilities, septic systems, parking, and traffic control plans—all aligned with project schedules and budgets.

Prior to RJOC…

In his management role, Bill established and maintains RJOC's CAD standards, including a comprehensive standard details library. He even developed an in-house CAD training program that all new employees complete, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency across the firm's technical output.
